Support guide

When do I start paying Subscription Plan charges?

If you are not an existing ii customer, ii will be offering a fee-free period to you of a minimum of 6 months after your account has moved to us, depending upon the value of your investments at the time of the transfer. ii standard costs for your chosen service will apply thereafter.

What Subscription Plan will I be paying after the fee-free period?

At the end of your fee-free period, we will write to you letting you know the most suitable plan for your investing style. You can change this quickly and easily online at any time by clicking on the person icon at the top right and selecting ‘Subscription & Billing’.

What charges are covered in the fee-free period?

The fee-free period is for ii Subscription Plan charges only. It does not cover telephone dealing charges, foreign exchange charges, and other administrative charges.

Are there any other charges to pay as part of having an ii account?

If you hold a Company or Trust account, there are some extra costs for us in administering it. We charge £30 each month to cover these in addition to your monthly Subscription Plan fee. Your non-personal accounts charge is collected at the same time as your Subscription Plan fee.

You won’t be charged this fee for the duration of your fee free period, but it will come into effect once this period expires.
If you live overseas, we will charge £4 each month for the additional costs in administering your account, in addition to your monthly Subscription Plan fee.

Your non-UK resident fee is collected at the same time as your Subscription Plan fee. To view our charges in detail, please visit ii.co.uk/our-charges
