When you open a Stocks and Shares ISA (Self-Managed of Managed) or Trading Account you will start on our £4.99 a month Investor Essentials plan. Should your investments grow above £50,000, you will move onto our £11.99 a month Investor plan. 

• Investor Essentials plan: £4.99 a month. Our low-cost plan for those investing up to £50,000. UK and US trades are £3.99.
• Investor plan: £11.99 a month. Our most popular plan. It includes your first trade free every month and you can add as many Junior ISAs as you need for your children. You can also add 2 friends or family members for free. UK and US trades are just £3.99. 
• Super Investor plan: £19.99 a month. For super-charged investors. Your first 2 trades are free every month and you can add as many Junior ISAs as you need for your children. You can also add up to 5 friends or family members for free. UK and US trades are just £3.99.

All our plans allow you to invest as little as £25 a month using our free regular investing service.

• When you open our SIPP you will start on our £5.99 a month Pension Essentials plan.
• When the value of your account grows above £50,000 you will move onto our £12.99 a month Pension Builder plan.
• Existing customers with an ISA and/or Trading Account on our Investor Essentials plan can add a SIPP for an extra £5 a month. You can then invest up to £75,000 across your accounts. Above this you will move onto Investor + SIPP for £21.99 a month.
• You can add a SIPP on our Investor plan for just £10 a month (plus your existing monthly fee).
• There are some other fees for things like foreign currency exchange and Stamp Duty on shares. View our charges page for a full list.

Recommend ii terms and conditions

1. Subject to these offer terms, Interactive Investor Services Limited (“ii”, “us”, “we” or “our”) will:

   1. pay an existing ii customer with an ii Trading Account (the "Referrer") £200(the "Referral Reward") when a person they refer (a "Friend") opens a new ii SIPP, ii Stocks and Shares ISA, ii Managed ISA and/or ii Trading Account (each an “ii Account”); and 
   2. the Friend will not be charged the monthly subscription fee or SIPP fee (as set out in ii’s Rates and Charges) for 12 months (the “Fee Free Period”).

2. To qualify for the offer:

   1. a Friend:
      1. cannot be an existing ii customer; and
      2. must open an ii Account, via the Referrer’s unique referral link; and
      3. must fund their ii Account within a year of opening it with an aggregate value of:
         1. £10,000 or more for an ii Account opened on or before 14 October; or
         2. £5,000 or more for an ii Account opened on or after 15 October; and
   2. the Referrer must hold their own or a joint ii Trading Account (the “Qualifying Criteria”).

3. An ii Trading Account held in the name of any entity (as opposed to a personal ii Trading Account held by an individual person or jointly by two people) will not qualify and referral made by an individual named as a Power of Attorney or who is granted Third Party Access on the Account will not meet the Qualifying Criteria.

4. Accounts can be funded via cash deposits or transfers from other providers.

5. Charges are applicable for all accounts opened in accordance with our standard Rates and Charges until the Qualifying Criteria is met.

6. The Fee Free Period will commence within 10 working days from the date the Qualifying Criteria is met.

7. The Fee Free Period expires 12 months from the date the Qualifying Criteria is met.

8. Referral Rewards will be credited to the Referrer's ii Trading Account by the later of:

   1. the date falling 30 days after the Qualifying Criteria is met and;
   2. the date falling 30 days after the date on which the Referrer opens an ii Trading Account
      Referral Rewards cannot be paid to an ii SIPP, ii Stocks and Shares ISA or ii Managed ISA.
9. You must be over 18 and a UK resident to be eligible for the offer.

10. Existing product terms and conditions apply in addition to the terms and conditions specific to this offer.  In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the relevant product terms and conditions, these offer terms and conditions shall prevail.

11. If the Friend’s ii Account is closed or transferred out within 12 monthsof being opened, we reserve the right to reclaim the Referral Reward.

12. Referral Rewards are not paid if the Referrer is no longer an ii customer or has applied to transfer their account(s) to another provider when the Referral Reward is due.

13. Taking advantage of this offer means participants agree that ii is not liable for any costs, expenses, losses or damage sustained by any participant under this offer.

14. You cannot refer yourself.

15. After the offer has ended, the monthly subscription fees on Rates and Charges on our website) will apply.

16. All other Rates and Charges are not subject to this offer and will apply during the Fee Free Period.

17. During the Fee Free Period, Friends are not entitled to trading credits under any of ii's service plans.

18. ii reserves the right to alter, withdraw or amend this offer and/or these terms and conditions without prior notice.

19. The laws of England and Wales govern this offer.

20. All participants to this offer agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
