John Ficenec
John Ficenec is an award-winning investment writer with over 20 years’ experience on the front lines of financial markets. He survived the 2008 financial crisis, before becoming editor of the Questor column at The Telegraph. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, who trained at KPMG before becoming a hedge fund analyst and then moving into the private equity industry. He has worked in financial journalism since 2011, including time at Investors Chronicle. He won ‘Article of the Year’ in the 2013 CFA Society of UK awards.
