Conviction Life Sciences Company Limited has decided not to proceed with its initial public offering due to current market uncertainty.
The Board has been encouraged by the interest shown to date, reflecting the Board's opinion of the compelling fundamental characteristics of the proposition. However, market conditions continue to be challenging and the Board, in consultation with the Investment Manager, has made this decision in light of the current outlook.
Subscription amounts are being re-credited to accounts (Tuesday 31 January 2023).
