AT85 Global Mid-Market Infrastructure Income plc has decided not to proceed with its initial public offering at this time.
While there was interest from a broad spread of investors, in light of the current market environment, it has not been possible to achieve the critical mass necessary to launch, and therefore the IPO will not proceed.
Subscription amounts are being re-credited to accounts (Thursday 25 May 2023).
