Promotional SIPP offer terms
1. No SIPP fee (as set out in our Rates and Charges) shall be charged during the Fee Free Period (as defined below) in relation to any new Interactive Investor Services Limited (“ii”, “us”, “we” or “our”) SIPP account opened prior to 31 December 2021 (the “Offer Period”) by a customer who has migrated an account to ii from “EQi” (the “Offer”). For the purposes of the Offer, an ii SIPP account shall be deemed to be open where a valid participant has submitted a full and complete application for a new ii SIPP account prior to the expiry of the Offer Period and the ii SIPP account is subsequently opened.
2. The fee free period shall be the period of 12 months commencing on the date when your new ii SIPP account is opened (the “Fee Free Period”).
3. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the ii SIPP Terms. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the ii SIPP Terms, these terms shall prevail.
4. After the Fee Free Period, the SIPP fee you will be required to pay will be as set out in our Rates and Charges.
5. All other fees set out in our Rates and Charges, for example trading commission and your Service Plan monthly fee, are not subject to this Offer and shall continue to apply during the Fee Free Period and thereafter.
6. The Offer is not intended to be taken as advice or any personal recommendation to consent to transferring your cash and investments to ii. If you are unsure whether consenting to the move is right for you, you should take independent financial advice.
7. We reserve the right to alter, withdraw or amend this Offer and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. All participants to this Offer agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
9. Anyone who is seen to be abusing the Offer may be excluded at ii’s absolute discretion.
10. These terms are governed by English law.
