Result of Initial Issue
The Issue Price was set at 159.5 pence per new Ordinary Share.
International Public Partnerships Limited (INPP) has successfully raised gross proceeds of £325 million, through its Placing, Open Offer, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer (the "Initial Issue").
The Initial Issue was oversubscribed several times over and investors not benefiting from pre-emptive rights have been scaled back.
Application will be made for 203,761,755 New Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market.
Applications under the Intermediaries Offer have been scaled back to a maximum of £150,000, rounded down to the nearest whole share.
Share allocations and uninvested cash are expected to be credited today (Friday 29 April 2022). Confirmation of allocations will be sent once the shares and refunds are showing on accounts.
Please note the allocation policy was set by INPP and not Interactive Investor.
Offer period
- The Offer Period for the International Public Partnerships Limited Share Offer closed at 1pm on Wednesday 27 April 2022.
Trading starts
- Admission and unconditional dealing in the new Ordinary Shares is expected to commence at 8am on Wednesday 4 May 2022. There is no conditional dealing period.
- When admitted to trading, the new Ordinary Shares will be registered with SEDOL (Stock Exchange Daily Official List) number B188SR5 and trade under the symbol "INPP".
- If you buy or sell International Public Partnerships Limited Ordinary Shares after admission the relevant share dealing rate will apply.
