Existing ii customers
I’ve already got an account with interactive investor. Can I link everything up?
Where we were able to match your personal details to an existing interactive investor account, we will have linked them for you when your accounts moved from abrdn over the weekend of 9 and 10 December 2023, so that you can now access them using your existing ii username.
If we have not been able to link your accounts that have moved from abrdn to your existing ii account for any reason, you can ask us to do this now. Please just call us on 0345 607 6200.
Linking your accounts together means you will only pay one service plan fee and you will be able to view all your accounts in one place. Please note that as an existing ii customer, you will not be able to benefit from the fee-free period being offered to new customers.
Accounts that cannot be linked
You cannot link to any accounts that are not held in your name or at the same address of the account you are trying to link from. For example, accounts held by a third party of designated accounts.
